Trevor Heaps arrived promptly at a date and time convenient to me. He was informative and answered all my questions relating to a single oak tree in my front garden. We appointed Trevor due to his list of qualifications and experience; and this was reflected in the practical and professional manner he dealt with our issue on his site visit. The issue related to a 15m tall Leyland Cypress tree at the rear end of our neighbour's garden which is 3.5m away from the flank wall of our property. The roots of this tree have damaged the side concrete path of our property and Trevor’s brief included assessing further potential damage.
